Clear fees for mediation, mentorship and training
Every engagement begins with a written fee note setting out the scope and the amount. Court-referred matters can request an invoice instead of paying upfront.
Cluster A — Mediation services

Payment terms
- • A written fee note sets out the agreed scope and amount before any payment is made.
- • A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due before the final session unless agreed otherwise.
- • Court referrals may request an invoice instead of paying immediately.
- • Where more than one party shares the cost, each party's share is stated in the fee note.
- • Any taxes that apply are shown separately on the fee note.
Payments are made by M-Pesa to 0704659639 or by bank transfer. Please do not send money before receiving a written fee note.
Cancellation and postponement
- • More than 72 hours' notice: full refund of the deposit, or it is carried to a new date.
- • 24 to 72 hours' notice: half of the deposit is retained to cover reserved time and preparation.
- • Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: the deposit is retained in full.
- • If Boniface has to postpone, the session is rescheduled at no extra cost or the deposit is refunded in full.
If you are unhappy with a fee
Fee concerns are taken seriously and handled in writing, separately from the mediation itself. Raising a fee complaint does not affect how your matter is mediated.
